Let’s be honest, teen life is complicated, but fitness doesn’t have to be. Our motivating team of coaches will build your teen’s confidence and strength.
This program is designed with a bit more intensity and skill than our youth program and with a greater focus on barbell movements. Our main goal is to get your teen to lift properly and prevent injury so they caN walk into their high school weight room and own it.



Rising Teens Monthly Membership: $125/month

Rising Teens 10-Pack: $150/10 Classes

  • 10 classes/Per Pack (on auto-renew)
  • Pass expires after 3 months
  • For use in Rising Teens Classes
